I love this outfit. I don’t have a lot to say other than that it is a quintessential example of my style. If I could categorize my style. Which I cannot. But, if I could…it would most likely include many of these elements…the jacket is one of my wear-with-everything pieces (meaning, get ready to see a lot of it). I found it at a craft fair in London a number of years ago. It is a men’s army jacket repurposed as a woman’s piece. Note the asymmetrical hem and cropping. And one-of-a-kind, aka no one else has it. Who doesn’t love to drop that into a conversation ever now and then? The necklace is one of my many Kelly Wearstler pieces and an easy way to make a t-shirt a little more interesting. And, to round it all out, the skirt and shoes were gifted by loving friends. One of the perks of living in a stylish city. High and low. Accessible and one-of-a-kind. A perfect LA fashion hodgepodge.
