I am obsessed with two pieces. Like seriously obsessed. Thus far, I have purchased
eight ten. And I have no intention of stopping. My mother calls this a buying addiction. I call it knowing what works for my body and style. Eh, potato potatoe. However, if you ever see the boutique crammed into a walk-in closet that is my wardrobe, you may begin to get the impression that half of the clothes made in LA work for me (which is certainly not the case; check me out in harem pants sometime and you’ll see). To me, nothing says summer in LA quite like a two piece. They’re feminine and flirty, with just the right amount of sex appeal. These are not the skanky, belly-bearing crop tops of yesteryear (aka high school). They are actually wearable for more than just gym bunnies and supermodels. The skirt rises just high enough to cover that little tummy that you’re not quite keen to put on display. Surprisingly flattering and wearable, the two piece is one of my all time favorites when temperatures begin to rise. Which, around here, is nine months out of the year.
P.S. In case you’re curious, my cloudy beverage of choice here is Juice Served Here’s Charcoal Lemonade. Great for detoxification, even better for grossing people out.
P.P.S. Thanks TOMS for letting us photo bomb your store.
