I’ve never been one for maxi dresses. Firstly, I don’t think they’re particularly flattering on my small stature. Secondly, I’m somewhat of the mindset of “If you’ve got it, flaunt it.” I may not “got” everything. But my legs seem to have held up semi-well since my retirement from the corps de ballet, so I tend to “flaunt” them. However, every now and then, an exception to the rule comes along and makes me rethink my moto. This vintage Gunny Sack is one such exception. It has a bridal milkmaid sort of vibe going on that I really dig. And the sweeping shoulderline is reason enough to give my legs a break for a day. After all. There’s always tomorrow.
