I have somewhat extensively chronicled my love of all things costume (such as here, here and here). So Halloween might seem like my Holy Grail. And frankly, I do rather enjoy the holiday. But this year, I decided to take it easy, costume-wise. AKA, instead of spending a bunch of money on an outfit I’d only wear once (because, God forbid, I pull a repeat performance), I decided to pick out something that I could wear long past October 31. Enter Current/Elliott’s Mechanic jumpsuit. I’d been eying this bad boy for awhile, but just couldn’t justify the purchase. Until I came up with the Halloween justification, that is. I could be a sexy fighter pilot! Or gas station attendant! Or both! Look at me saving money and being all practical. Long story short, I bought the jumpsuit, loved it and wore something completely different on Halloween. Of course.
