When it comes to iconic beauties, few stand the test of time quite like Audrey Hepburn. Her timeless fashion and doe-eyed grace are unparalleled. When I think of Audrey’s cinematic style, a few images come to mind. The Breakfast at Tiffany’s black dress and pearls. The My Fair Lady white, glimmering gown. And the Funny Face little black turtleneck and cigarette pants. While those who know me know that I’m game to try any of the three, the last ensemble was definitely the easiest to replicate. Though definitely inspired by Audrey, I gave it a modern twist. I chose a sheer turtleneck and metallic black pants with little zippers to give the outfit a bit of an edge. And the sweet flats were replaced with some sexier heels. Still Audrey-esque, but more suitable for the mean streets of LA. Let’s just call it a Mod Aud.
