This post is not so much about fashion as it is an ode to my father. Who, come to think of it, is a bit of a sartorialist himself. So, I guess that, indirectly, this is still a post about fashion. Anyways…! Anyone who knows me knows that I’m am a definite daddy’s girl. Always have been, always will be. There are a million different reasons why I love my dad; the list is forever growing. But, this is one of my favorites. My dad has made sure that I’ve never gone a single Valentine’s Day without receiving roses. When I was a little girl, my dad would come home with three bouquets- a big one for my mom and two smaller ones for me and my sister. As I grew older and moved out on my own, the roses would continue to come every Valentine’s Day, without fail. And whether or not I had a boyfriend that year, my dad always made sure that I knew that I was loved and remembered every year. How could you not love a guy like that?
Happy Valentine’s Day!
