AS9A5915_LRIt was brought to my attention that my posts have grown rather “heavy” as of late.  So here’s a fluffy intermission…

I was born an addict.

Not Intervention-style obviously.  (We’re keeping it light today, if you’ll recall.)  More along the line of a “You can’t have just one” Lay’s addict.  When I find something I love, I tend to go overboard.  I can trace it back to my early days as a My Little Pony fiend.  I had the ponies, the castles, the nail salon…you name it, I had it.  And, if I didn’t have something, I fixated on the missing piece until I did.  Since then, the addictive personality has grown increasingly dangerous.  I can’t pinpoint the exact moment that I became a clothes horse; I only know that the older I get, the worse it becomes.  If I find a designer I like, it’s not enough to have just one item.  I need the entire collection.  Take today’s look as an example.  I love this designer so much, I am wearing two of her dresses at the same time.  If that isn’t addictive behavior, I don’t know what is.  Now, I know there’s help for people like me.  But, the truth is, that I don’t want to change.  I’m having too much fun.  Plus, I kind of can’t help it.  I was born this way.
