I got some exciting news the other day. The kind of news that made me dance around like a dork. In a few short months, I will be traveling to Japan and South Korea and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I haven’t been out of the country in two years. That may not be a big deal for many; but for me, it has been stifling. Up until a couple of years ago, I averaged a minimum of one big trip and numerous little trips per year. I’ve missed those big trips like crazy. I credit much of who I am to my experiences around the globe. My best memories, my biggest laughs, my greatest inspirations have all come from travel. And I love nothing more that visiting places I’ve never been. South Korea and Japan have been at the top of my list. When I got the go-ahead to book my tickets, I couldn’t help but do a little happy dance. Because although, as of yet, I haven’t made a single plan, I know that I’m guaranteed a good time. And if that isn’t worth shaking your tail feather for, I don’t know what is.
