Believe it or not, I can be lazy when it comes to getting dressed. I realize this is ridiculous, given the extent of my wardrobe. But, I’m only human. Which is why I rely on a few quick tricks for looking stylish when I’m feeling less than. Observe. If these boots look familiar, it’s because I have another pair in grey. And the skort? Yeah, I have the Rosie in four colors. This may sound excessive, but there is a method to this consumerist’s madness. If I find something that works, doesn’t it make sense to invest in the sure thing? (This coming from someone who is always after next great unknown, but still.) If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it, right? Also, I can get away with wearing the same thing on repeat without wearing the same same thing. So what passes for fashionable is just a colorful laziness. Or, at least that’s what I tell myself as I put on the unsame thing for the third day in a row.
